What is the cost of the Subscription?
The box is $99 with a minimum value of $125 and upwards of $225. Our goal is to include high-quality, full-size products - no testers! In addition, many of the items in your box will be made fresh to order and some are customized specifically for our subscribers. You will not find any left over, discontinued or sample-sized products in our box!
How often do you ship ?
OK MOM is a bi-monthly subscription box, which means we will ship every other month for a total of 6 boxes per year.
Due to the size and weight of our box, we have hired a local courier company to take good care of our deliveries. We offer $15 flat-rate shipping anywhere in the Okanagn!
How does the billing cycle work ?
Your first payment is made when you subscribe. Afterwards, you will be billed on the same day of the month as your subscription but EVERY OTHER MONTH.
Example: If you sign up on the 12th of a month, you will be billed on the 12th of every other month.
Some of our products will be made fresh and specifically for our order: the cut off for a box will be last the day of the month prior to shipment. (For a May box, the cut off is April 30th!)
When can I expect my box to arrive?
All boxes will be delivered by our local courier at the end of the scheduled month. As for 2019, our deliveries will occur as follows:

What can I expect in my box?
We're all about spoiling the mom and the process begins with a bottle of Okanagan wine. In addition, you will receive 5 to 7 products that promote pampering, wellness and self-care. This could range from bath products, body creams, chocolate, jewelry, vitamin injections, tea, coffee mugs, botox and more! We're working hard to give you some goooooooood stuff.
What if I don't drink wine?
Say what!? Nah - we get it. We hope to give you a selection of options to choose from down the road. In the meantime, may we suggest you keep the wine on hand for dinner guests or as an emergency bottle for a bestie in crisis!
Where do you deliver?
We are currently focusing on the Okanagan, as wine complicates deliveries (so annoying..). If you live in BC, please send us an e-mail and we will do our best to get a box out your way !
How do I unsubscribe?
We hope you love receiving your box, but if you decide to move on, please ensure to do so before your payment is processed. Once we receive payment, our orders are placed and we cannot process a refund.
However, we want to make sure you feel comfortable with your subscription so we have included an ' UNSUBSCRIBE ' button right on our website!
What if I don't like something in my box?
We want you to love everything that you receive and work hard to choose high quality products. We understand that each woman has her own preferences, likes and dislikes, but due to the nature of a subscription box, we cannot accept exchanges. We recommend treating your girlfriend or gifting the item !
